  • Own data reliability: conduct deep-dives on anomalies and implement fixes to maintain data integrity.
  • Develop a deep understanding of available data sources and continuously recommend new ways to leverage data to solve complex problems.
  • Ensure excellence in analysis and reporting by applying best practices around validation, testing, and documentation.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

  • SQL proficiency – Strong query development, optimization, and troubleshooting (3–5 years).
  • AWS ecosystem experience – Familiarity with Redshift, S3, Glue, EMR, Kinesis, Lambda, and IAM.
  • Modern programming – Proficiency in one or more of the following: Python, Java, Scala, or Node.js.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience designing and maintaining scalable ETL pipelines and cloud-based data architectures.
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable data models and technical solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience applying data quality best practices (validation, testing, governance).
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Tools & Skills

  • Experience with data pipeline orchestration using AWS-native tools or frameworks like Airflow.
  • Familiarity with distributed computing environments and performance tuning.
  • Background in infrastructure, engineering analytics, or operational data systems is a plus.

What Makes This Role Unique?

This opportunity places you at the center of a fast-growing infrastructure analytics team. You'll build tools and pipelines that directly influence engineering strategy, improve data reliability, and scale high-value solutions used across global teams.
