Data Engineer - Copenhagen:

We're looking for a Data Engineer to take charge of big data management and Azure infrastructure, ensuring seamless data flow, optimization, and reliability.

You'll be leveraging cutting-edge tools like Databricks and Snowflake to design, implement, and optimize robust data pipelines that power critical business insights.

You will be joining a dynamic team that drives a project team mentality - no solo players here!

Guiding, advising and driving new data-driven decision making all while becoming a core part of the team culture.

What you will bring:

• Bachelors and/or Masters in an IT or Engineering related subject
• Proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Blob Storage for data integration, processing, storage, and analytics in the cloud
• Experience in developing and deploying ETL solutions using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from disparate sources into SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for version control, continuous integration, and automated deployment of data solutions.
• Strong skills in data visualisation and reporting using Power BI
• Proficiency in Python and SQL

Alongside the technology I need someone with a 'get stuff done' mindset.

This implementation is the next step in my client becoming a data driven business, as we any change things don't always follow the typical pathway.

Driving from the front to help maintain timelines and attention to detail.
