DATA ENGINEER

LOCATION: Chennai, India

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and optimize ETL pipelines using Talend and Apache Airflow.
• Develop and manage relational databases, primarily PostgreSQL.
• Design and maintain Data Warehouses, ensuring data quality and consistency.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI and Apache Superset.
• Troubleshoot and optimize performance across data systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data needs and improve processes. 

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

• 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering.
• Expertise in Python
• Expertise in ETL tools like Talend and Apache Airflow.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience in Data Warehouse design and optimization.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Apache Superset for reporting.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
