  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, planning, IT, and leadership teams
  • Utilize Databricks for data ingestion, transformation, and model building
  • Participate in and sometimes lead case-study-style analytics projects
  • Present findings and recommendations to executive stakeholders and owners
  • Support strategic initiatives including safety analytics, workforce planning, and market research

  • Experience working closely with and presenting to C-Suite or senior leadership
  • Strong SQL skills; experience sourcing data and building pipelines
  • Familiarity with Databricks (must-have) and data processing best practices
  • Proficiency with Tableau or similar dashboarding tools
  • Background in process mapping, systems thinking, and business process improvement
  • Comfortable working onsite full time and traveling to manufacturing facilities during ramp-up period
  • Excellent communication skills; able to simplify complex technical ideas for non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and remain curious in fast-moving environments

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Alteryx, SAP (R/3), or other data integration tools
  • Exposure to business modeling (tree modeling, linear programming, optimization)
  • Comfort with ambiguous environments and building from scratch
  • Business case development or market research project experience

What the Right Candidate Will Enjoy!

  • Conference & continued education opportunities
  • Supportive leadership with high visibility and enterprise-level impact
  • 15 days PTO + comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits(and gym reimbursement!)
