You’re happy to roll up your sleeves and see projects through from end-to-end including mapping business processes, conduct requirements analysis, and documentation. Required Skills And Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Senior Data Engineer role
- Certified in at least one of: Databricks (fundamentals or higher), Fabric Data Engineering (DP-700), Azure (AZ-900)
- Significant, commercial, hands-on experience across the full Microsoft on-prem BI stack SSIS + SSRS + SSAS (both tabular and multidimensional)
- Advanced skills in SQL Server and SSMS
- Experience with Azure data tools; Databricks, Data Factory, Data Lake etc.
- Strong Python skills, with experience in PySpark
- Experience working in a complex enterprise data warehouse environment
- Solid Agile environment experience
- Knowledge and experience of DWH, Data Lakes, and analytics best practice
- Ability to develop requirements into actionable business analytics strategies, roadmaps, and solutions
- Able to quickly build strong relationships with decision-makers, and become their trusted advisor
