Job Description

• Support to migrate current developed reports from Tableau On-premises to Tableau Cloud.
• Collaborate with your data science team to smoothly switch reporting used data source from Microsoft SQL Server to Microsoft Azure. 
• Rebuild current developed reports with modern look and feel.
• Reconfigure current developed reports if any business logics are changed while migration; develop new reports to support customers’ needs.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Business Informatics, Econometrics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Tableau, ideally holding a “Tableau Certified Data Analyst” certification or higher.
• Experienced in the Tableau environment and well-versed in DAX functions.
• Have at least five years of relevant experience in a similar analytical role, preferably in ITSM-related areas such as Incident Management, Problem Management, or CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
• Skilled in working within agile teams, with the ability to proactively explore and communicate findings.
• Strong expertise in both cloud and on-premises storage systems, preferably Microsoft SQL Server and Azure services.
• Possess an analytical mindset with in-depth knowledge and the ability to effectively communicate findings across cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.
