A client with Kforce is seeking a Data Conversion Analyst to join their team in Altamonte Springs, FL. This is a hybrid work opportunity with 2 days a week onsite. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Excel data gathering workbooks for transition into Workday. Key Responsibilities: * Convert Excel data from Saba LMS to pre-created Workday templates * Analyze data and code from custom VBA applications used for data conversion * Manage and organize 3TB of data into Workday data conversion template * Perform data mapping, indexing, and comparisons * Conduct data conversion and analytics tasks* Extensive experience with Excel and VBA and managing large-scale data conversion projects * Experience with Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) * Strong background in data conversion and analytics * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Experience in healthcare is a plus * Familiarity with Power BI is a plus * Experience with Saba is a plus
