Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Data Collection Associate to conduct sample collection and perform manual audits, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards. This role involves accurately recording and documenting audit findings, performing precise documentation tasks such as filing, data entry, and report preparation, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. You will collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects while adhering to all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct sample collection and perform manual audits to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Record and document audit findings accurately and promptly.
  • Perform accurate documentation, including filing, data entry, and report preparation.
  • Perform housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Collaborate with the Safety & Occupational Health team to support various initiatives and projects.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures related to safety and hygiene.

Essential Skills

  • Data entry and documentation skills.
  • Technical writing and data review capabilities.
  • Proficiency in sample collection and reagent preparation.
  • Ability to conduct data reporting and audits.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role with a part-time schedule. You will work 8-hour shifts on a 2-2-3-2 rotating schedule, averaging 28 hours per week. There are two positions available with shift timings from 1pm to 9pm, 11pm-7am, and 5pm to 9pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
