Responsibilities:
Participate and assist in the buildup of the AISC from ground zero under the guidance and support of the designer and builder of the AISC.
Oversee IT Service Management functions, including system, network, storage, software management, and daily operations in AISC.
Serve as the focal point of contact for communications regarding IT operations, representing the customer.
Manage a team of 8-10 IT support professionals, including Network Engineers, System Engineers, and AISC Operators, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
Lead the overall provision of the services to the customer.
Manage IT service release launches and change management, including documentation and training materials, and provide training to IT staff and users.
Lead the coordination and resolution of major incidents and problems, ensuring minimal impact on business operations.
Monitor and report on the performance of IT services against established service level agreements (SLAs) and targets.
Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Work with vendors to perform IT support activities.
Implement and manage security protocols and measures to protect the AISC infrastructure and data.
Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities as requested.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, clients, system integrators, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and project success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5+ years of proven experience in managing IT operations.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in end-point support, network support, IT infrastructure management, and security.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Proficient in procurement and vendor management processes.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidates with experience in compliance-related environments, such as Financial Services Industry (FSI) and government sectors, are preferred.
