Daily Job Duties: * Gather project requirements, define specifications and formulating feasibility and needs/impact assessments. * Develop details project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control processes and develop project budget. * Coordinate across multiple service teams to agree on project details include schedules and impact. * Create and manage data center capacity plans for allocated facilities in co-ordination with the Planning and Service Teams. * Create rack decommissioning plans. * Handle daily work through internal tooling and ticketing systems. Ensuring timely communication with internal stakeholders and audit trails are maintained. * Documentation of activities and strict alignment to SOP's * Review, action incoming and open tickets, prioritize work based on ticket severity.
