About the Job You have to focus on the operational support and provision of virual systems hosted in the Trelleborg Global Data Center. as a team of highly competent individuals to provision and providing support to the ongoing operation of hosted services for internal customers to the Global Data Center Scope of Your Role: Operating and maintaining a mission in critical environment consisting of VMware, Citrix application delivery, Windows Servers (2016, 2019 and 2022); Standalone and Cluster, Linux (RedHat, Oracle Linux), Physical Server hardware, SAN Storage, Load Balancing Appliances. You will be responsible for virtual servers and services based on customer request and Senior analyst design You have to Perform the scheduled and ad-hoc backup and restore operations to meet the business needs Work within the Service desk to support the hosted systems, on an operational level or provide sufficient details for escalation to the senior team Qualification and Experience: Graduate or Post-Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field. 5 Years of experience in Enterprise environments, preferably within a data center team.
