Our client is a global leading real estate firm with Data Center solutions business unit, working closely with hyperscalers and expanding aggressively around the globe, currently seeking for a Data Center Engineering Manager with strong experience in Data Center Testing & Commissioning to join their expanding team in Thailand.

As the Data Center Engineering Manager, you are responsible for conducting risk assessment and leading T&C work on Data Center projects. The successful candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Data Center facilities engineering and equipped with an Electrical Worker license.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works Plan and execute commissioning processes for building systems
• Develop and review commissioning plans, test procedures, and reports
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct on-site inspections and performance testing
• Identify and document deficiencies and oversee corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
• 8+ years experience in Data Center testing & commissioning
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and control systems
• Familiarity with energy efficiency and sustainability practices
• Electrical Worker license or equivalent highly preferred
