Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Center Engineer located in Greater Johor Bahru, allowing for some work from home. The Data Center Engineer will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the data center, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of cabling and data center infrastructure. The role also involves coordinating with other teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of data center services.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Data Center Operations
• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience with Cabling and Data Center Infrastructure management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant certifications in data center management are a plus
• Diploma‘s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
