Overwatch is seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Manager (Owner’s Representative) to join a large-scale data center construction project in San Jose, California. This is a long-term, onsite opportunity supporting commissioning and MEP coordination efforts on a high-profile hyperscale campus.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MEP systems commissioning, and experience collaborating with various project stakeholders to ensure quality, compliance, and on-time delivery of all building systems.

Overwatch Mission Critical is committed to pay transparency and equity. The anticipated salary range for this position is $180,000 - $215,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, bonuses, etc.
