Key Responsibilities

Data Business Design

• Research & analysis: Research and analyse clients' current data landscape from both organizational and technological perspectives to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Innovative problem solving: Analyse root causes of business challenges, use creative and systematic thinking to define the problems worth solving
• Structured ideation: Facilitate structured and creative ideation to identify data & AI opportunities for our clients in different maturity levels in data
• Holistic prioritisation: Prioritise early future data and AI solution hypothesis by assessing their desirability, feasibility, viability, sustainability and adaptability with our clients.
• Make stuff tangible: Translate abstract AI and data ideas into business concepts, testable prototypes, including value streams, ecosystem maps, business model and value proposition scenarios, and every time define the use case ideas as business cases.
  
  
  

Business Impact & Value Measurement

• Value Forecasting: Understanding how to estimate ROI and making business value and assumed impact transparent..
• Goal Setting: Establish measurement frameworks and measurable KPIs to track the impact of data & AI solutions.
• Tangible documentation: Create data business opportunity descriptions, calculate business benefits, and build roadmaps to guide future actions and strategic decision-making.

• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong client relationships. We are the ones responsible guiding them through complex AI, data, and digitalisation changes.
• Advisory Role: Serve as a trusted advisor, helping organizations use their data for business growth.
• Stakeholder Communication: Lead discussions with high-level stakeholders and facilitate decision-making by providing clear, actionable insights.

• Proposal building: Support sales efforts by drafting compelling proposals and presentations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other business units to deliver holistic, end-to-end solutions.
• Mentorship: Coach Solita colleagues on value-driven business design methodologies.

Key Skills And Competencies

Business & Strategy Expertise

• Strong background in data & AI consulting, business design or strategic design (minimum 5 years).
• Agile, experiment-driven mindset with flexibility in thinking and ways of working.
• Experience in developing and measuring business impact through goal-setting frameworks.
• Knowledge of data business cases, data-driven business models and how to generate measurable business value from data.
  
  
  

Technical & Analytical Skills

• Understanding of data governance, data platforms, and AI- and data driven business concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge in process mapping and value stream / ecosystem mapping as tools to approach systematically organisations
• Experience with Generative AI and its potential in organisational transformation.
