About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will design and implement scalable target architectures, manage a team of solution architects, and align complex data initiatives with evolving business and regulatory needs. You will be responsible for ensuring the modernization and continuity of essential risk data archives and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Co-create and maintain the target data architecture

✔ Lead and coach a team of solution architects

✔ Manage stakeholders across multiple business areas

✔ Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps and transition plans

✔ Safeguard innovation and compliance within the data platforms

What You Bring:

✅ 7+ years of experience as an architect in large, complex data environments

✅ Strong background in financial services, preferably with risk modeling experience

✅ Deep expertise in data architecture, data modeling (Data Vault), and cloud technologies (SAP HANA Cloud/BTP, Azure)

✅ Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

✅ Master’s degree in a relevant field
