Data Product Architect

Location: Shanghai

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable data product solutions to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Develop and maintain advanced data models, reporting systems, data automation, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decision-making processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and effective delivery of reports, establishing comprehensive policies and processes to maintain high standards.
• Optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, and engineering, and enhance modeling, visualization, and communication deliverables.
• Analyze and interpret the results of data-driven initiatives and communicate findings to stakeholders, including leadership, technology, sales, marketing, and product teams.
• Lead and manage the successful execution of data insight projects, ensuring effective collaboration with analysts, data personnel, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in data modeling and the ability to design complex data structures.
• Proficiency in ETL processes and tools, ensuring seamless data integration and transformation.
• Strong analytical skills to understand business scenarios and gather requirements effectively.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, enabling clear communication across global teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with peers, top management, and colleagues locally and globally.
• Proven hands-on experience in driving technical leadership and innovation in developing data products, with the ability to lead by example.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, or AliCloud, demonstrating the ability to leverage cloud technologies for data architecture solutions.
