Summary
Job Summary (List Format)
Serve as a Data Architect specializing in Epic VBPM and Population Health initiatives.
Utilize expertise in Epic Caboodle Received Claims data model.
Apply deep understanding of patient care, HEDIS, engagement, care coordination, value-based care, and risk sharing models.
Work with EMR data, claims data, public health databases, healthcare coding (e.g., ICT), and social determinants of health data.
Leverage experience or familiarity with Arcadia analytics platform for population health.
Utilize skills in EPIC EMR Reporting, including PowerBI.
Demonstrate expertise in data modeling, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX for report development.
Perform data cleansing and work with ETL toolsets such as SSIS and Matillion.
Apply data governance principles to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Design efficient data models and manage SQL databases, including SSIS package and SQL query development.
Follow project travel schedule (typically once per quarter).
Ensure all candidate submissions include a LinkedIn profile.
