Summary

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Data Architect to design and manage our company’s data systems. This role will involve developing data models, ensuring the scalability and security of the data architecture, and providing strategic guidance on how data can be used across the organization to meet business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Design Data Architecture: Develop and design scalable and efficient data models and databases for structured and unstructured data. Create blueprints for data systems, including data flow, storage, and integration with other business systems.
  • Data Integration & Management: Design and implement data pipelines and integrate data from various sources. Ensure the seamless flow and storage of data across multiple platforms and environments.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work with data engineers, data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data needs and build solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Data Security & Compliance: Implement measures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Performance & Scalability: Optimize data systems for speed, reliability, and scalability. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Data Governance & Quality: Develop and enforce best practices in data governance, data quality, and data management.
  • Cloud & On-Premise Solutions: Design and manage hybrid cloud and on-premise data solutions as required by the business.
  • Documentation & Training: Create technical documentation of data architecture and provide training to other teams on how to use data systems and follow best practices.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data architecture, and bring forward ideas for innovation.


Location: Pune India

Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Licenses/ Certifications: NA

Experience:

  • Minimum of 7-10 years in data architecture or a related role.
  • Hands-on experience on Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce large data volume and Salesforce data more efficiently.
  • Experience in designing and managing large-scale data infrastructure and systems.
  • Should have a prior experience in enterprise level Data Systems- Salesforce, Snowflake, Financial ERPs SAP etc.
  • Experience in ETL (Extract Transform & Load) and Salesforce & SQL preferred.
  • Should have experience in manging enterprise level data & integration challenges.
  • Strong understanding of data modelling, database design, and data warehousing.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Salesforce or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with data integration tools, ETL processes, and data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, relational databases, Hadoop, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience on Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Hands-on experience in managing Salesforce large data volume and Salesforce data more efficiently.
  • Experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of data storage, security protocols, and cloud architectures.
  • Familiarity with modern data warehouse solutions such as Snowflake or Redshift.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and lead cross-functional projects.
