DATA ARCHITECT
The current hiring base salary range for this role is:
$104,966.00/year - 118,086.30/year
UCare anticipates paying within the above-references salary range for this position. The actual base salary offer for this position will be determined by a variety of components including but not limited to work experience, education, certifications, location of the role, internal equity, and other relevant factors.
LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN (Work from Home or Office for Your Day)
Position Description
As a Data Architect, you will be responsible to maintain and modernize UCare's data management capabilities. You will coordinate the acquisition, integration, enrichment, quality, security, metadata and availability of data throughout the enterprise. In addition, you will have responsibility to set policies, patterns and standards as it pertains to data in partnership with the architecture team to ensure consistent standards across the organization.
* Architect solutions to support functional and non-functional data requirements of projects.
* Support teams to implement architected solutions as it pertains to data.
* Design and implement solutions to advance data quality, metadata, data security and data integration
* Architect solutions to align with future state with minimal rework or impact to downstream systems and users as it relates to data.
* Manage dataas it moves through the enterprise, coordinating the efforts of the various teams involved.
* Design canonical data views.
* Communicate vision and architecture across the enterprise as it relates to data.
* Establish and maintain policies and data standards while partnering with the Enterprise Architecture practice to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
* Other projects and duties as assigned.
