Data Architect Lead :

• Technical Oversight & Planning: Translate strategic directives from stakeholders into actionable roadmaps for the team.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with QA Engineering Leads, developers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
• Governance, Process & Reporting: Support definition of TDM processes, ensuring compliance with policies; support delivery of regular status updates to stakeholders & leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify potential data-related risks (compliance, environment issues) and work with stakeholders to mitigate them.
• Quality Assurance: Perform final reviews on test data provisioning and compliance before sign-off.
  
  

Required Qualifications (Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications) :

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience with building and implementing Test Data Management (TDM) processes
• Knowledge of data lineage analysis and data mapping methodologies
• Understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) concepts and real-time data transformation
• Experience with audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders
• Experience with data governance frameworks and implementation
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance standards
• Ability to identify and mitigate data-related risks
