Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Should possess working knowledge of data engineering concepts. Should have technical leadership skills and design thinking along with good understanding of architecture patterns. Experience in Healthcare domain is a plus. Programming proficiency in Spring and or Python framework. Roles & Responsibilities * Design, implement, and manage robust, scalable, and cost-effective cloud-based data architectures. * Data Modeling: Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support various business needs. * Design and implement solutions for processing large datasets * Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, including data quality, security, compliance, and metadata management. * Data Pipelines: Build and optimize data pipelines for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading. * Performance Optimization: Monitor and tune data systems to ensure high performance and availability. * Preferrable to have In-depth knowledge of GCP data services, including BigQuery, Cloud Dataflow, Cloud Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Cloud DataProc, Cloud Run, and Cloud Composer Generic Managerial Skills, If any * Should be able to technically lead a team of 2-3 resources * Collaborate to work in onshore offshore model * Should be well versed with agile development * Ability to interact with Business and Customer IT stakeholders * Good Communication skills, interpersonal skills and analytical #LI-RJ2 Salary Range - $100,000-$150,000 a year
