Job Title: Data Analyst – Tire Manufacturing

Job Description

• Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimization.
• Develop dashboards and reports for real-time monitoring of manufacturing process performance.
• Implement predictive analytics for improving efficiencies, quality control and defect detection.
• Utilize statistical models and machine learning to improve demand forecasting.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity through ETL processes and database management.
• Optimize tire testing and performance analysis using advanced analytics techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Plant team) to enhance supply chain and inventory management.
• Support sustainability initiatives by analyzing energy consumption and waste reduction data.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders through data visualization and storytelling.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in manufacturing analytics.
  
  

Experience: 3-6 years in Data Science/Advance data analytics.
