Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development, data analytics, or related fields.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary teams preferably from consulting industry
• Hands-on expertise in data engineering, cloud platforms, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Skills:

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
• Can present well to management audience
