Post evaluation of all campaigns
Pre-evaluation of campaign proposal projections and cost analysis
Monthly validation and update of program results based on complex promo by the end of the program period.
Timely presentation of the post-evaluation of monthly of campaigns.
Prepare and keeps a monthly database of deep-dived data related to Recruitment, Progression, Income Level and Great Life Leaders performance.
Timely availability of the forecasted sales, growth and supporting data to support the Selling & Expenses Budget proposal.
Provides timely update on the qualifiers list monthly to branches and the final list by the end of the program period.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economic, Statistics or Business Mathematics.
Has experience handling complex data preferably with CRM background from e-commerce, digital banking, retail and direct selling
Experience: At least 5 year working experience in the related field.
Strong knowledge in data pulling from various sources
Strong in providing sound business analysis and dash board creations
Adept familiarity in MS Excel, MS PPT and system database such as but not limited to SAP, PowerBI, Cubes.
Attention to detail and excellent capacity to plan, organize and multi-tasks.
Corporate and professional composure with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
