Job Title: Data Analytics Manager – Level 2

Client: McGraw Hill Education

Location: Remote (Eastern Time Zone)

Duration: 10 Months

Pay Rate: $40–$45/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business questions into actionable analytical tasks and participate in requirements gathering sessions
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
• Troubleshoot issues related to tracking and reporting
• Conduct UAT and QA testing for websites, marketing pixels, and analytics tagging
• Document business processes, requirements, and data flow
• Analyze business needs and deliver insights using available BI tools
• Develop reports and dashboards aligned with defined business requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on web/eCommerce performance and insights
• Proficiency with Adobe Analytics for reporting and analysis
• 1+ year of experience in web performance tracking and optimization
• Strong understanding of the retail industry
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Experience with project management and ticketing tools such as Jira and Confluence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Analytics
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Domo)
