Join us in unlocking the power of data-driven decision making and shaping the future of work at Meta!Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of work experience involving analytical rigor as typically seen in functions like finance, data science, strategy, business operations, or related fields (or 6+ years of analysis work experience with Masters degree) Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large datasets Experience with data querying languages (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), ETL, and data modeling. Demonstrated analytical skills, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques (e.g., regression analysis, cluster analysis, hypothesis testing) Experience initiating and completing analytical projects with minimal guidance, and present technical content to non-technical audiences and leadership Graduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience in data analytics field. Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization, including merging disparate data sets, identifying correlations, and presenting findings in various formats. Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, R). Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments with a focus on operations and facilities management, preferably in a global organization with multiple locations.
