We’re solving a massive problem with technology-first lending, offering instant credit via our app, disbursed within 24 hours.

NIRA is looking for a DBT / BI Analyst to own and optimize our data transformation processes, enabling reliable and scalable analytics across the company. You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, growth, credit and collection teams to build well-structured data models, improve data quality, and drive insights that impact decision-making.

What you'll do

• DBT Development & Maintenance – Design, build, and maintain DBT models to transform raw data into clean, well-structured tables for analytics.
• ETL & Data Pipelines – Work with data engineers to ensure smooth data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Data Quality & Governance – Implement testing and validation in DBT to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with business teams to understand data needs and deliver insightful dashboards and reports.
• BI & Reporting – Use visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, etc.) to create dashboards and automate reporting.

What we are looking for

• 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering roles.
• Proficiency in SQL (strong querying, joins, CTEs, window functions).
• Hands-on experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation.
• Experience with BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and performance.
• Nice to have: Experience with Python, cloud platforms, version control and CI/CD for DBT models
