Multinational to medium-size insurance companies are looking for Data Analytics / Data Engineering / Data Architect / Data Governance / Business Intelligence at various levels for the business growth. (Junior to Senior Level)

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Computer Science, Data Science or related disciplines
• experience working in business analysis/data analytics / business intelligence/ data modelling / data engineering / data quality / data governance / data architecture roles
• Proven track record in using data to measure performance, build tools and make decisions
• Excellent in using Power BI; Knowledgeable in other BI tools, e.g. Google Analytics; Advanced Excel skills
• Strong in database concepts and competence in SQL query and optimization
• Good at programming; eg. Python, PySpark
• Understanding of the insurance value chain.
• Experience in leading business insights and analytics projects via internal resources, and/ or external research partners / vendors is a plus. Project management experience is preferred
• Ability to resolve ambiguity and manage conflicting needs from stakeholders while working within the constraints of a complex technical and operational environment
• Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking with strong analytical and implementation skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure, and can handle multiple and ad-hoc tasks with a can-do attitude as an individual or a team player
• Result-oriented and self-motivated; Intellectual curiosity and proactive, ability to learn fast
• Good communication and presentation skills
