Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst Location: Belgrade office Summary: Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst role will be supporting NCR Voyix Restaurants businesses. The Data Analytics and Reporting Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role focuses on designing and delivering reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with data visualization tools and analytics platforms. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, as you will be working with individual contributors and senior leaders. Description: * Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability. * Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, SalesForce, or Excel. * Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders across the organization. * Work with business units to understand reporting needs and develop customized analytical solutions. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through advanced data analysis techniques. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management. * Collaborate with multiple teams across restaurant organization * Support ad hoc analysis and data requests as required. * Manage risks, including developing contingency plans such as changes to project execution and delivery deadlines * Monitoring and follow-up of results and their delivery within each project * Focuses on automation in order to facilitate the daily operations * Expert knowledge of SalesForce is desirable in order to provide full support to the restaurant organization through the creation of dashboards and reports * Expert knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query Basic qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in a related field * 1-3 years of related experience * Knowledge of English language * Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power Query, Power BI * Ability to project manage individual issues, including engagement of subject matter experts from different groups * Strong and comprehensive communication skills in order to exchange complicated information * Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and large datasets is a plus * Excellent organizational skills * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job EEO Statement Integrated into our shared values is NCR Voyix's commitment to diversity and equal employment opportunity.
