Summary

A rapidly growing home services firm is looking to hire a Data Analyst in northern Phoenix. This will be a hybrid role, 2 days a week working in the Deer Valley area of Phoenix. You will need at least 2 years of professional experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, working directly with the CEO and the rest of the executive team. The data lake and data warehouse have been built, so the role is all data visualization. You will build dashboards and reports in Power BI for sales, marketing, and finance, helping to track performance and drive growth.


Responsibilities

  • Work with the CEO and CFO to understand their data needs and translate that into Power BI visualizations.
  • Take legacy DOMO reports and recreate and improve them in Power BI.
  • Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion
  • Ability to work across business units and understand their different data needs.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Analytics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of professional Data Analysis experience working with Power BI
  • Ability to support Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing
  • Solid SQL experience in data transformation, data ingestion, and cleansing
  • Databricks will be a big plus, but there will be limited Data Engineering work
  • Comfortable meeting with company executives and working as the sole internal data resource.
  • Proactive, someone who finds ways data can impact the business before being asked.
