At HireHoratio, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing reporting focused on Customer Experience metrics, enabling data-driven decision-making across Operations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Operations Managers, Customer Service Managers, and Team Leads to provide actionable insights, identify trends, and drive performance improvements.
Responsibilities
Extract and transform raw data from different CRMs to generate KPI reporting, using Python, SQL, BI Tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
Design, create & maintain reports & dashboards to monitor business health metrics for both internal and external clients
Participate and help in the deployment and enforcement of data governance policies, ensuring the correct usage of our data warehouse
Generate data-driven decisions and business insights based on the available and self-generated reporting
Manage effective, efficient, and empathetic communication with different stakeholders
Streamlining existing processes and implementing new initiatives
Requirements:
Knowledge in Python, Basic to intermediate level - Experience of 1 to 2 years programming involving the usage of data science libraries such as: Pandas, matplotlib, seaborn, numpy, plotly, sklearn, scipy, datetime, json, os, and related
SQL Basic to intermediate level - Experience of 6 months to a year (not necessary to be professional experience)
Familiar with Data warehousing concepts, ETL and ELT pipelines to ensure proper understanding of the organization's Data Governance policies, to build sustainable solutions across the board. Proficient in data warehousing concepts, ETL, and ELT pipelines. Ensures adherence to organizational Data Governance policies to develop robust and scalable data solutions
Google Sheets / Excel basic to intermediate level proficiency
Completed studies or currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative discipline
From 1 to 2 years of professional experience in related roles (Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst)
Near Native English Proficiency - Good talking level, solid C1 or higher
Skills
Empathetic but efficient communication skills
Ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts to stakeholders that come from different backgrounds (Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Customer Success Managers/Specialists, and other related)
Pro-active personality and autonomous work

Ability to quickly switch between projects and deliverables - Adaptability, managing important vs urgent tasks
Efficient time Management and/or agile methodologies
