The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, ICA) are advantageous
• Proven experience in data analysis or reporting within financial services, ideally with exposure to cross-border regulatory reporting
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
• Solid understanding of financial instruments, particularly securities and banking products
• Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Finance, and Technology teams
• Fluency in French is strongly preferred; additional European language skills (e.g., German) are a plus for regulatory engagement
• Experience supporting or automating regulatory submissions across global jurisdictions
• Exposure to RegTech platforms and understanding of data governance best practices
• Comfort working with data pipelines and ETL initiatives in collaboration with technical teams
• A proactive, improvement-driven mindset with a passion for innovation and scalable compliance solutions

Your Daily Tasks

• Analyze, extract, and interpret complex data sets from multiple internal systems to support regulatory submissions across global jurisdictions
• Prepare and support filings and disclosures in line with regulatory requirements from:

• UK
• France
• Germany
• United States
• Australia
• EU
• Singapore
• Hong Kong

• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, and Risk teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in all regulatory submissions
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reconciliations, and automated reporting processes
• Conduct data quality assessments and perform root cause analysis of anomalies to ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Improve data discovery, lineage, and system integration in collaboration with data engineering and technology teams
• Enhance reporting processes through automation, workflow optimization, and support of future-state design
• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and assist senior stakeholders in implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance and align with industry best practices
