Responsibilities: * The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive audit of existing data sources, re-organizing and compiling data, creating new reports and dashboards, refining data collection and reporting processes, and documenting updated processes and methodologies. * The role will also involve re-organizing the content repository for data sources, reporting, and supporting materials. * The total duration of this project is six months. Required Skills: * 6 - 9 years of experience * Knowledge and expert use of MS Excel, Power BI * Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing data sources, reports, and dashboards. * Re-organize and compile data sources to ensure consistency and accessibility. * Create new reports and dashboards for key data points including leads, referrals, revenue share, and number of opportunities. * Collaborate with operations, partner management, channel sales, and partner marketing teams to develop a data collection and reporting strategy and execution plan. * Refine data collection and reporting processes, automating workflows where possible. * Document updated processes, data sources (locations, methodologies), reporting, term definitions, access rights, etc. * Re-organize the content repository for data sources, reporting, and supporting materials. * Job details *
