As a senior data analyst on our Personal Lines Control team, you'll optimize our external collections initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our collections processes and strategies. You'll develop and maintain comprehensive metrics reports to track collections performance and utilizing forecasting techniques to predict trends and outcomes, supporting strategic decision-making. You'll also conduct in-depth analyses to identify and quantify opportunities for process improvements by creating cost-benefit analyses (CBAs) to support automation and process enhancement initiatives. You'll assist in managing relationships with third-party collection agencies to ensure effective collaboration and performance as well as support post-cancellation/lapse collections processes to ensure seamless operations. In addition, you'll collaborate with internal stakeholders from Product R&D, Commercial Lines, Servicing Team, ProBill, and PL Control to identify and coordinate improvement opportunities while facilitating communication and alignment across teams to drive collections success. Remote work allowed. Must-have qualifications * A minimum of six years of analytical work experience. * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience. * {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.
