Job Title: Data Analyst

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Salary: $75,000 - $125,000 DOE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Data Analyst. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and support decision-making
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders
• Maintain data integrity and ensure accuracy in reporting
• Utilize ERP systems to extract and manipulate operational data
• Collaborate with engineering or design teams using CAD data to support product and process improvements
• Recommend improvements based on data-driven insights
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular performance updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Experience working with CAD software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or additional certifications in analytics or data science
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or a related industry
• Familiarity with database management and data warehousing concepts
