A growing B2B-focused organization is seeking a Data Analyst with a strong background in SQL and data visualization to help drive insights from sales and performance data. This position will play a critical role in helping sales and strategy teams understand customer behavior, identify revenue opportunities, and optimize performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with large datasets to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders across multiple departments.
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
Advanced SQL skills for querying large datasets and building reports
Proficiency in at least one visualization tool such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
Experience working with sales data, KPIs, and funnel metrics
Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to clearly present findings to both technical and non-technical teams
Desired Skills & Experience
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Experience creating dashboards and automated reporting workflows
Exposure to Python or R for deeper data analysis or automation
Knowledge of A/B testing or forecasting methodologies
Understanding of pipeline health, conversion metrics, and sales forecasting
