Job Title: Analyst, IS Business Support

Pay rate: $28 to $35 per hour

Duration: 6-12 months

W2 contract only (No C2C)

Location- Redmond, WA (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst, IS Business Support to join our team on a contract basis. This role will play a critical part in supporting the implementation of a new manufacturing system. The analyst will be responsible for assisting with data cleanup, validation, and verification to ensure a smooth transition. Additional responsibilities will include providing support for the configurator tool and document control activities related to the SmartERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data cleanup, validation, and verification tasks to support manufacturing system implementation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Provide support for the configuration and maintenance of the configurator tool
• Assist with document control processes and systems as part of SmartERP rollout
• Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or process issues as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the IS and Manufacturing teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in data analysis, document control, or systems support
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with SmartERP is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Knowledge of configurator tools or product configuration software
• Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools
