Job Description:

Tools Proficiency - Power-BI & Excel.

Platform proficiency – JIRA/ALM, Confluence, Sharepoint Site/Lists/Forms, etc.

Key performance indicators (KPI’s).

Knowledge of APIs, JSON, XML’s and Authentication methods.

Data analysis & identification of outliers & forecasting.

Strong Communication & Stakeholder management.

Process Improvement Methodologies & Quality Management

Clear & comprehensive documentation.

Secondary Skills ( can have)

· Power Platform – PowerApps/Power Automate.

· Telecom Domain (BSS/OSS).

· Testing lifecycle & processes – Test Planning, Environment Readiness & Execution, Defect Management.

· System Integration/User Acceptance Testing.

· Project Management

· Migration of apps/platform/services.
