Data Analyst

Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated Data Analyst who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. You will collaborate across departments to support data-driven decision making and contribute to the development of robust reporting solutions. You’ll play a key role in analysing complex datasets, identifying trends, and delivering clear recommendations to stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support business objectives.
• Use dashboards, reports, and visualizations through Tableau, Power BI, and other tools, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product management, account management, and executive leadership, to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.
• Analyse user behaviour and platform engagement to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to maintain accuracy and consistency across data sources.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and support strategic planning.
• Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward business goals.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and customers in a clear and compelling manner.
  
  

Requirement

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a business analytics role focused on business intelligence and reporting.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI (a must).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data validation techniques, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to simulate end-user journeys and analyze behavioural data to provide recommendations.
• Advantage: Familiarity with AI tools and data science principles to enhance insights and reporting.
• Advantage: Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and automation.
• Advantage: Proficiency in SQL.
• Advantage: Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Advantage: Experience in data governance frameworks and working in Lakehouse environments.
