RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Organising data related to sales numbers, market research, telecalling activities and telecaller behaviour 2. Developing and maintaining databases and data systems- reorganising data in readable format 3. Using statistical tools to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets-helpful for the diagnosis and prediction; Creating business dashboards for EDA 4. Filter data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct MIS/Process/Code porblems 5. Analyzing numbers of essential business channels so that business performance can be assessed & compared over period of time 6. Assist and provide support to Business Strategist and Analyst for all the data related work and analysis 7. Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to Sales Channel heads, Zonal heads 8. Preparing dashboards and reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data 9. Working with Programmers, Engineers and management heads to assist in data mining, data preparation, quality assurance, process improvement opportunities and data governance strategies 10. Gather, understand and document detailed business requirements using appropriate tools and techniques REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Engineering- Computer Science,IT: strong hold on Analytics concepts Add-on Certification/Diploma courses in data analytics would be a plus Minimum 1.5 years of work experience as data Analyst with working knowledge of Dasboards/BI tools- Proficient in MS-Excel- including formulas, pivot tables and vlookups & MS- Office Tools- Word, PowerPoint Thorough knowledge of 1. database language-SQL 2. Programming langaug- Python for data analysis and visualizations Working knowledge of Google Suit Tools- Preparing data/forms using Excel and Google Sheets, Forms- Good explanation and communication skills, Should be able to read, write and speak- English, Hindi, Marathi (optional) Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Data Analyst: 2 years (Preferred)
