As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for owning the full data lifecycle, from infrastructure setup and data modeling to advanced analytics, reporting, and the development of automated solutions that support and accelerate business growth.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle: from infrastructure setup to deep analysis and business-impact reporting.
• Create, optimize, and maintain database schemas tailored to evolving business needs.
• Design and implement insightful reporting dashboards to monitor critical metrics and performance indicators.
• Analyze data to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights to support product and business decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, R&D teams, and business stakeholders to inform product strategy and development.
• Deliver clear, meaningful insights and recommendations to management through detailed analysis and reporting.
• Analyze trends over time with a solid understanding of causality and correlation.
• Maintain and enhance existing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions while contributing to the development of new ones.
• Take full ownership of data quality; define, execute, and monitor tests to ensure integrity and accuracy.
• Perform and document data analysis, validation, mapping, and design.
  
  

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (required).
• Hands-on experience with Looker (required).
• Solid understanding of Data Warehouse (DWH) design principles.
• Previous experience working in an online or digital-first company.
• Proven experience with product and marketing analytics.
• Ability to detect data inconsistencies and resolve them efficiently.
• Quick learner with a collaborative mindset.
