We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our global team! The working hour for this role is CET - 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm Malaysia time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed data analysis and develop actionable insights to support business decisions.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for data solutions.
• Extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple platforms including manual sources, APIs, and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake).
• Support the development of upcoming web analytics dashboards, using tools such as Tableau and scripting in Python.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in the development of analytical models and visualizations to address business needs.
• Provide support for data-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Contribute to the development of self-service data tools and frameworks.
• Participate in mentoring junior analysts and providing guidance on best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of data analytics methodologies including data wrangling, visualization, and modeling.
• Experience working with marketing and campaign data across platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and AdOps platforms (e.g., YouTube, Google Marketing Platform).
• Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), advanced Excel functions and comfortable working with cloud data platforms like BigQuery, Snowflake.
• Working knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
• Ability to handle manual data extraction and wrangling from varied sources.
• Experience in a client-facing role is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities in English; additional languages are a plus.
