A successful startup company developing a cybersecurity system for the automotive world. The company operates in the Connected Car domain and works with some of the largest car manufacturers in the world.

Founded in 2017, the company has around 130 employees globally and has completed several major funding rounds.

The role involves joining the Data team and reporting to the Data Engineer Team Lead. The company is located in Herzliya, a 10-minute walk from the train station, with two work-from-home days per week.

Responsibilities-

• Leading the data onboarding process of new customers.
• Explore raw data of various customers as preparation for parsing and normalization in order to turn data into actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
• Use big data tools to analyze large scale real-time data of connected vehicles and identify anomalies and emerging threats to create meaningful detectors that bring value to the customers.
• Representing the data function both internally and externally, including customer-facing interactions.
• Automate internal processes using scripting languages.

Requirements-

• 3 years of hands-on experience as a data analyst (military experience considered as well).
• Solid experience in scripting languages, with data analysis tools
• Experience in querying and analyzing large, complex data sets
• Striking analytical skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with great attention to detail.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics / Math / Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Experience in the fields of Automotive, Cybersecurity, Data Observability, and IoT infrastructure - an advantage.
