Data Analyst North Virginia (Initial Remote after Hybrid ) Long term Core requirements for my current role 1. Lead meetings with data stewards, business users/analysts and solution architects to document data source requirements such as table/file names, field/column names, data types, business descriptions, grain of data, unique keys, sensitive data and it's handling, reference data, etc. 2. Data profiling/analysis of source data using SQL. 3. Understand how the data source will ultimately be used/consumed by business users/analysts and understand relationships/joins between various source data files/tables. 4. Deal with snapshotted data as well as CDC data. Ideally someone senior who has end to end ETL experience, plus strong data analysis and some modelling/architecture background.
