We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team at a manufacturing and distribution company. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting operational data to support business decisions and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze production, sales, and inventory data from internal systems
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel and SAP
Identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements
Collaborate with operations, sales, and finance departments to support cross-functional reporting needs
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
Assist with end-of-month reporting and reconciliation processes
Required to work on the last day of each month to support month-end reporting
