Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Data Analyst Manager with a passion for education and technology to lead our analytics team in the E-Education space. This role will be pivotal in unlocking insights that enhance student outcomes, personalize learning experiences, and optimize platform performance. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership with deep analytical expertise and a keen understanding of digital learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of data analysts focused on improving the learner experience and driving educational impact through data.
• Collaborate with product, content, curriculum, marketing, and engineering teams to identify data needs and support key initiatives.
• Analyze learner behavior, course engagement, and academic performance to provide actionable insights for personalized learning strategies.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that monitor KPIs such as completion rates, user engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
• Drive A/B testing and learning experiments to evaluate feature effectiveness and learning design improvements.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data pipelines related to student interactions, assessments, and platform usage.
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive visualizations and narratives that support both strategic and operational decisions.
• Partner with educators and learning designers to align analytics with pedagogical goals and learner success.
• Maintain data privacy and ethical standards in alignment with FERPA, GDPR, and other education-related data policies.
• Foster a data-informed culture across the organization by championing best practices and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Education Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics with at least 2 years of experience managing analytics teams.
• Strong experience with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Demonstrated understanding of learner data, educational KPIs, and online platform metrics.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
