We are looking for Data Analyst who will be on our team!


Preferred Qualifications


  • Master degree in a quantitative discipline
  • Experience working in e-commerce or customer analytics environments,
  • Experience with tools like Mixpanel, or similar platforms,
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies especially AWS ,
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey data-driven narratives,
  • Curious, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, etc.) or equivalent practical experience,
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related role (preferably in e-commerce),
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail,
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases,
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker),
  • Hands-on experience with Excel and Python (especially for data analysis and reporting),
  • Ability to translate data into business insights and communicate clearly with non-technical stakeholders.


Job Description

  • Communicate with various levels of business and technical teams to understand analytical needs,
  • Perform deep-dive & statistical analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities in customer behavior, marketing performance, sales funnels, and product metrics,
  • Build dashboards and reports that track business KPIs and present insights clearly to stakeholders,
  • Use SQL and analytical tools to extract, clean, and manipulate data from multiple sources,
  • Support A/B testing, cohort analysis, and campaign performance tracking,
  • Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams to deliver insight-driven recommendations.
