About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing data models, generating actionable insights, and supporting cross-functional teams with data-driven decision-making. This position is not focused on crypto technical analysis, but rather on operational and business data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize data models and dashboards to support business decisions
• Work closely with teams such as Risk, Product, and Strategy to deliver data insights
• Write clean and efficient Python scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets and present clear findings
• Support data governance and quality initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3–4 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in Python, especially for data analysis and modeling
• Solid knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience working with large datasets and building dashboards
• Previous experience in a Risk department or within the cryptocurrency exchange industry is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with statistical analysis or machine learning models
• Background in finance, fintech, or trading platforms
