We're looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Enterprise Operations Intern to join our team for an 8-week paid summer internship. You'll gain exposure across multiple functional areas including Strategy & Operations, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Sales Enablement, and Salesforce Engagement. This is a unique opportunity to see how go-to-market and operational strategies come to life at a fast-growing SaaS company. How you will contribute and grow: As an Enterprise Operations Intern at InvoiceCloud, you'll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and directly contribute to projects that impact decision-making across the business. You will: * Support strategic initiatives related to forecasting, performance reporting, and operational planning * Assist in the design and development of dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Excel, and Salesforce * Collaborate on data analysis projects tied to customer health, sales performance, and marketing campaign efficacy * Help prepare executive readouts and business review materials * Participate in cross-functional team meetings, gaining exposure to leadership and real-time problem solving * Take ownership of a special project aligned with your strengths and learning goals You will thrive if you have: * Interest in business operations, analytics, or go-to-market strategy * Curiosity and a willingness to dive into data, processes, and systems * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams * Familiarity with or interest in learning Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, Salesforce, or SQL * Enthusiasm for fast-paced, high-growth tech environments What we're excited to see: * Currently a Junior or Senior enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing, or related field) * Available to work hybrid from our Boston or Braintree, MA office 2-3 days per week throughout an the 8-week internship
